SUPPLIER TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION CHECKLIST
All manufacturing partners supplying critical gas turbine tooling packages to Aldertools Ltd must compile and submit a Technical Data Book prior to dispatch. Depending on the specific tool profile, the package must include the following verified documentation:

Material Traceability: Valid BS EN 10204 Type 3.1 Material Certificates confirming the exact chemical and mechanical makeup of the steel directly from the mill.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): formal reports for Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) or Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) checking for micro-fractures and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for internal structural soundness where specified.

Dimensional Metrology: A comprehensive Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) or digital micrometer report proving that all critical tool dimensions align precisely with the engineering drawing tolerances.

Load & Lifting Certification: For all lifting beams, rigs, or heavy fixtures, a formal Proof Load Test Certificate confirming physical testing to legal structural overloads, clearly showing the stamped Safe Working Load (SWL).

Calibration Records: Valid UKAS-accredited Calibration Certificates (dated within the last 12 months) for any torque multipliers, hydraulic tensioners, or digital gauges included in the package.
